in aircraft of authorized body in the field of the state aircraft Management of the commander-in-chief Silami of air defense of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
in aircraft of law-enforcement bodies decision of the head of law-enforcement body;
in aircraft of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan Air service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";
state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. Use of airspace and airfields of joint basing, and also accomplishment of flights by governing bodies of the state aircraft is performed according to Rules of use of airspace of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 12, 2011 No. 506.";
2. To provide to management of the commander-in-chief Silami of air defense of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
