According to Articles 6, 7, 15, 25, 27, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 66 of the Law "About Banks and Banking Activity", for the purpose of strengthening of resistance of banking sector to turbulence in the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: financial markets
1. In the second offer of Item 13 of the Section IV of Provisions on percentage policy of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 21, 2016 No. 277 (with changes) to replace figure "7" with figures "14".
2. To department of the public markets (Alexey Lupin) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.
3. The resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2021.
