About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the status and social protection of citizens which suffered owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" concerning increase in level of provision of pensions of separate categories of persons

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the status and social protection of citizens which suffered owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 13, of Art. 178 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1. To state the text of Article 53 in the following edition:

"Additional pension and monthly compensation are paid to families for loss of the supporter owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash for the harm done to health completely irrespective of the salary, pension or other income".

2. In Article 54:

third to state part in the following edition:

"In all cases the sizes of the disability pension which came owing to mutilation or disease owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash cannot be lower:

for the I group of disability - 6000 hryvnias;

for the II group of disability - 4800 hryvnias;

for III group of disability - 3700 hryvnias;

for children with disability - 3700 hryvnias";

add with parts four and heel of the following content:

"The pension sizes provided by part three of this Article since 2022 annually since March 1 are indexed according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, taking into account increase coefficient which is determined according to paragraphs to the second and third part two of article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance".

The procedure for award of pension in connection with loss of the supporter owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash is determined by the disability which came owing to mutilation or disease, and pension by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

3. State Article 57 in the following edition:

"Article 57. Privileges concerning wages determination (income) for calculation of pension
