"2.1. In case of death (death) of the employee owing to mutilation or other damage of health received in connection with accomplishment of service duties, or the death of the citizen of the Russian Federation, dismissed from service in organizations and bodies, come owing to mutilation or other damage of health received in connection with accomplishment of service duties, to persons specified in part 2.2 of this Article the monetary compensation in the form of difference between the part of the cash allowance received by the died (died) employee as of day of his death (death) or received by the died citizen of the Russian Federation, dismissed from service in organizations and bodies falling to their share as of day of its dismissal, and the pension granted to them on the occasion of loss of the supporter according to articles 36 and 37 of the Law of the Russian Federation of February 12, 1993 monthly is paid to No. 4468-1 "About provision of pensions of persons passing military service service in law-enforcement bodies, the Public fire service, drug trafficking monitoring bodies and psychotropic substances, organizations and bodies of criminal executive system, troops of national guard of the Russian Federation, bodies of forced execution of the Russian Federation, and their families". For determination of the specified part of cash allowance the cash allowance of the died (died) employee or the died citizen of the Russian Federation, dismissed from service in organizations and bodies, is divided into the number of persons having the right to the specified monthly monetary compensation and also into the died (died) employee or the died citizen of the Russian Federation, dismissed from service in organizations and bodies.
2.2. Treat persons having the right to compensation established by part 2.1 of this Article:
1) the spouse (spouses), consisting (consisting) on the date of death (death) of the employee or the death of the citizen of the Russian Federation, dismissed from service in organizations and bodies, in marriage with it. At the same time entitlement to compensation, established by part 2.1 of this Article, the spouse (spouse) who did not enter (not entered) the repeated scrap, reached age of 50 years (which reached age of 55 years) or being (being) the disabled person has;
2) parents of the employee or the citizen of the Russian Federation, dismissed from service in organizations and bodies. At the same time entitlement to compensation, established by part 2.1 of this Article, the parents who reached age of 50 and 55 years (respectively the woman and the man) or being disabled people have;
3) the children who did not reach age of 18 years or is more senior than this age if they became disabled people before achievement of age by them 18 years, and also the children studying in the educational organizations for full-time courses - before the end of training, but no more than before achievement of age by them 23 years;
4) persons which were dependent on the died (died) employee or the died citizen of the Russian Federation, dismissed from service in organizations and bodies.
2.3. Conditions and payment procedure of compensation established by part 2.1 of this Article, and also rule of calculation of cash allowance of the employee, the died (dead) till January 1, 2013 or the died citizen of the Russian Federation, dismissed from service in organizations and bodies till January 1, 2013, are determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.
2.4. Determined according to the procedure, provided by part 2.1 of this Article, the size of the paid monetary compensation increases (is indexed) along with increase (indexation) in salaries of monetary pay. The decision on increase (indexation) in the size of monthly monetary compensation is made by the Government of the Russian Federation.".
This Federal Law becomes effective since July 1, 2021.
