About modification of article 7 of the Federal law "About Consumer Loan (Loan)"

Article 1

Bring in part 2 of article 7 of the Federal Law of December 21, 2013 No. 353-FZ "About consumer loan (loan)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 51, Art. 6673; 2017, No. 50, Art. 7549; 2019, No. 52, the Art. 7801) change, having added it with the offer of the following content: "Putting down by the creditor of marks about the consent of the borrower to rendering additional services to it is not allowed.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective after hundred eighty days after day of its official publication.
