1) in Article 69:
a) state part 1 in the following edition:
"1. In the Russian Federation the persons who got medical or other education in the Russian Federation and underwent accreditation of the specialist have the right to implementation of medical activities.";
b) to state Item 1 of part 2 in the following edition:
"1) the persons who got pharmaceutical education in the Russian Federation and underwent accreditation of the specialist;";
c) regarding 2.1 words "certificate on accreditation of the specialist" shall be replaced with words "undergone accreditation of the specialist";
