1. under Article 347:
1.1. "person" to add Article 347.1.1 after the word with words "(the citizen of the Azerbaijan Republic, and also the foreigner and the stateless person who is the relative (the brother sister, the grandfather grandmother, sisters, brothers of parents, their children)";
1.2. "citizens" to add Article 347.3 after the word with the words "and stateless persons".
