About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather single questions of implementation of dimensional and weight control

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About road transport" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 32, Art. 273 with subsequent changes):

1) in Article 1:

add taking into account alphabetic procedure with terms of the following content:

"the consignor - physical person, physical person entrepreneur or the legal entity who provides to carrier load for transportation and enters the corresponding data in commodity-transport delivery note or other document determined by the legislation on load;

the consignee - physical person, physical person entrepreneur or the legal entity who performs cargo reception and unloading of the vehicle according to the procedure, established by the legislation";

"refusal of dimensional and weight control - any actions or failure to act including fixed in the automatic mode which led to evasion from passing of dimensional and weight control in zone of dimensional and weight control";

"dimensional and weight control - control of journey of heavy-load and/or large-size vehicles which includes check on compliance to the standard rates of weight or dimensional parameters of such vehicles established by the legislation, availability of permission to movement along certain routes, and also observance of the conditions stipulated in permission and the mode of movement of vehicles";

"zone of dimensional and weight control - the section of the highway equipped with the corresponding route signs on which automatic, stationary or mobile units of dimensional and weight control are located";
