Part 2 of Article 30 to add 1) with Item 8 of the following content:

"8) absence on service more than four months in total within twelve months in connection with temporary disability if the legislation of the Russian Federation does not establish longer term of preserving place of employment (position) in case of certain disease or if for certain category of citizens the legislation of the Russian Federation does not provide guarantees on preserving place of employment (position). For the employee of the Investigative Committee the place of employment (position) in the period of its temporary disability in connection with the mutilation, occupational disease or other damage of health connected with execution of service duties by it irrespective of duration of this period remains.";

To add 2) with Article 30.4 of the following content:

"Article 30.4. Transfer of the employee of the Investigative Committee in the order of investigating body of the Investigative Committee and finding of the employee of the Investigative Committee at the disposal of investigating body of the Investigative Committee
