Article 1. To add Section 5 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia of December 5, 2013 with Chapter 31.6 of the following content:
"Chapter 31.6. Cases on contest of the adverse administrative act adopted by competent authorities in the claim for provision of the status of the refugee or shelter to the foreign citizen or stateless persons which illegally crossed frontier of the Republic of Armenia or which are subject to criminal prosecution in the territory of the Republic of Armenia or delivery to foreign state or about adoption of the favorable administrative act
Article 222.17. Cases on contest of the adverse administrative act adopted by competent authorities in the claim for provision of the status of the refugee or shelter to the foreign citizen or stateless persons which illegally crossed frontier of the Republic of Armenia or which are subject to criminal prosecution in the territory of the Republic of Armenia or delivery to foreign state or about adoption of the favorable administrative act
1. The foreign citizen or the stateless person which illegally crossed frontier of the Republic of Armenia or which is subject to criminal prosecution in the territory of the Republic of Armenia or delivery to foreign state which illegally crossed frontier of the Republic of Armenia, or concerning which criminal prosecution in the territory of the Republic of Armenia or which is subject to delivery to foreign state, with the requirement about contest of the adverse administrative act for the claim for shelter or recognition of the status of the refugee accepted by the authorized body established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About refugees and shelter" is performed can appeal to administrative court of the Republic of Armenia.
