Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 13, 2020 No. ZRU-610 "About nationality of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2020, No. 3, the Art. 201) the following amendments and changes:
1) in Article 3:
add with the paragraph the sixth the following content:
"the identification ID card (further - the ID card) - the identity document and nationality, and also permanent registration of the owner of the ID card in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan containing the electronic medium (chip) with the entered personal bio and biometric data of its owner issued to the citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan or the citizen of foreign state or the stateless person";
paragraphs of the sixth - to consider the twelfth respectively paragraphs the seventh - the thirteenth;
2) in Article 5:
in the Item of part one of the word "constantly registered" shall be replaced with words "registered in the place of permanent residence";
in word part two to "permanent registration" shall be replaced with words "registration in the place of permanent residence";
third to exclude part;

"The face registered in the place of permanent residence in the Republic of Uzbekistan till January 1, 2005 and which was earlier not consisting in nationality of foreign state in case of expression of desire is recognized the citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The person who is constantly living in the Republic of Uzbekistan at least fifteen years about day of the address with the statement for recognition by his citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan and not consisting in nationality of foreign state during this period is recognized the citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
