About entering of amendments into some legal acts of Turkmenistan

I. Make additions to the following legal acts of Turkmenistan:

1. After Item 25 parts one of article 8 of the Law of Turkmenistan "About communication", accepted on March 12, 2010 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2010, No. 1, Art. 17; 2014, No. 2, Art. 82; 2017, No. 1, Art. 35, No. 3, Art. 110; 2018, No. 2, Art. 52; 2019, No. 2, Art. 36; 2020, No. 3, the Art. 51) to add with Item of the following content:

"25-1) keeps the State list of developers of national electronic communication systems and the State list of national electronic communication systems;".

2. In the Law of Turkmenistan "About information and its protection", accepted on May 3, 2014 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2014, No. 2, Art. 72; 2020, No. 1, Art. 10):

after Item to add 2 parts one of Article 11 with Item of the following content:

"2-1) effective use of national electronic communication systems and information technologies, implementation of protection of the rights of developers of products of national electronic communication and information technologies, regulation of development and introduction in use of products of the national software by maintaining the State list of developers of national electronic communication systems and the State list of national electronic communication systems;";

after Article 11 to add with article of the following content:
