About streamlining of work of the trade missions of the Kyrgyz Republic in foreign states

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of foreign economic activity and ensuring the external economic interests of the Kyrgyz Republic in foreign states the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the trade mission of the Kyrgyz Republic in foreign state.

2. Abolish all earlier created trade missions of the Kyrgyz Republic in foreign states (except the trade missions of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation, the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Federal Republic of Germany and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan).

3. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- through diplomatic channels to inform official organs of foreign states about abolition of the trade missions of the Kyrgyz Republic in these states;

- make corresponding changes and additions to the regulatory legal acts regulating activities of the trade missions of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation, the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Federal Republic of Germany and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan;

- introduce in accordance with the established procedure drafts of decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on organization of the trade missions of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Republic of Kazakhstan and People's Republic of China.
