Collection for conversion of mercury-containing waste, polymeric and plastic packets (in goods item the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code 3923100000, 3923291000 and 3923299000), bottles and ware (utilization collection) is paid by producers, importers of mercury-containing products, polymeric and plastic packets (in goods item the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code 3923100000, 3923291000 and 3923299000), the bottles and ware which are subject to conversion after loss of consumer properties by them.
Article 84-2. Size and payment procedure
1. The size, procedure and terms of introduction of utilization collection for conversion of mercury-containing waste, polymeric and plastic packets (in goods item the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code 3923100000, 3923291000 and 3923299000), bottles and ware are established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. The producer, the importer of mercury-containing products, polymeric and plastic packets (in goods item the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code 3923100000, 3923291000 and 3923299000), bottles and ware includes utilization collection in product cost.
