About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Prosecutor's Office"

Article 1. In article 61 of the Law of November 17, 2017 No. ZR-198 "About prosecutor's office" (further - the Law):
To state 1) to part 1 and 2 in the following edition:
"1. In case of initiation of criminal prosecution of power of the prosecutor stop in the cases established by the law and procedure.
2. Powers of the prosecutor can be suspended in case of initiation of disciplinary production before acceptance of the final decision on this production. In case of initiation of disciplinary production of power of prosecutors stop the order of the Attorney-General, and their salary during suspension of powers remains.";

Article 2. Part 5 of article 69 of the Law after the word "initiates" to add with the words "and exercises public prosecutor's supervision of pre-judicial criminal proceedings", and after the words "Attorney-General" - the words "or according to its order-the deputy".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
