According to the paragraph of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies", in connection with adoption of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 25, 2020 No. 526 "About approval of the Procedure for the organization of receipt of complete general secondary education by convicts to imprisonment for certain term or to lifelong imprisonment, and also the minors detained" for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine we ORDER third:
1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of June 10, 2014 No. 691/897/5 "About approval of the Procedure for the organization of training in general education educational institutions under the corrective labor colonies and pre-trial detention centers relating to the sphere of management of the Public penitentiary service of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 16, 2014 for No. 629/25406.
2. To management of preschool, school, out-of-school and inclusive education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (Osmolovsky A.) provide in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
