About modification of Orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 28, 2005 No. 819 and of December 12, 2015 No. 1365

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 28, 2005 No. 819 "About approval of Rules of representation by legal entities - residents and individual entrepreneurs - residents to tax authorities of reports on movement of means on accounts (deposits) in the banks and other organizations of the financial market located outside the territory of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 2, Art. 188; 2008, No. 29, Art. 3527; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7951; 2015, No. 31, Art. 4695; 2020, No. 17, the Art. 2769) and of December 12, 2015 No. 1365 "About procedure for representation by physical persons - residents to tax authorities of reports on movement of means on accounts (deposits) in the banks and other organizations of the financial market located outside the territory of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, №52, of Art. 7601; 2020, No. 17, Art. 2769).
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
