For the purpose of completeness and reliability of creation of the reporting on execution of budgets of budget system of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Instruction about procedures of authorized state body for forecasting and budget implementation for accounting" of August 16, 2017 No. 488 the following changes:
in the Instruction about procedures of authorized state body for forecasting and budget implementation for accounting approved by the above-stated resolution:
- third Item 27 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"-modification of the annual statement about execution of the republican budget as a part of the performance report of the government budget of the Kyrgyz Republic after the term of its submission to the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic established by the budget legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
- add with Item 27-1 of the following content:
"27-1. When forming the monthly, quarter reporting on execution of the republican budget necessary changes and adjustments are made by the current accounting period, with application of documents, confirming need of their carrying out.
When forming the annual statement about execution of the republican budget as a part of the performance report of the government budget modification and adjustments is made by the last working day of the accounting period, with application of documents, confirming need of their carrying out, and it is allowed to the term of its submission to the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic established by the budget legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
