1.2. Third item 4 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the bank has no overdue monetary commitments before the Bank of Russia, including on the credits of the Bank of Russia and percent on them.".

2. This Instruction is subject to official publication and becomes effective since November 1, 2021.
