1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2015 No. 662 "About establishment, distribution, release and withdrawal of quotas for creation of installations on use of renewable energy resources" the following changes:
in Regulations on the procedure for establishment, distribution, release and withdrawal of quotas for creation of installations on use of renewable energy resources approved by this resolution:
state Item 12 in the following edition:
"12. For the installations created according to Item 9 of this provision, quotas are distributed by the Commission before consideration of requests according to Item 11 of this provision based on information specified in part two of item 4 of this provision, and addresses of applicants.";
add Item 16 with part of the following content:
"Quotas are released according to the decision of the Commission based on addresses of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs about refusal of the quotas distributed by it decisions of the Commission and (or) based on information of regional executive committees (The Minsk Gorispolkom) on liquidation of legal entities and the termination of activities of individual entrepreneurs which decisions of the Commission distributed quotas.";
state Item 17 in the following edition:
"17. The quotas released, withdrawn and also quotas which were not distributed by results of consideration of requests of applicants (further - released, withdrawn and unallotted quotas) are subject to additional distribution.";
to add Item 5 of the Regulations on the Republican interdepartmental commission on establishment, distribution, release and withdrawal of quotas for creation of installations on use of renewable energy resources approved by this resolution with subitem 5.7 of the following content:
