About change of the laws concerning counteraction to extremism

Article 1. Bring in the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Belarus of January 11, 1999 the following changes:
1. Part the second articles 158 after words "employment legal relationship," to add with the words "and also cases on recognition of the organization, including the foreign or international organization, extremist, prohibition of its activities in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, its liquidation, prohibition of use of its symbolics and attributes, about recognition of symbolics and attributes, information products extremist materials".
2. Add Article 313 with Item 4-2 of the following content:
"4-2) about recognition of illegal strike;".
Article 2. No. 203-Z "About counteraction to extremism" to be reworded as follows the law of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2007:
About counteraction to extremism
This Law determines legal and organizational basis of counteraction to extremism for the purpose of protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of the personality, the constitutional system and territorial integrity of the Republic of Belarus, safety of society and the state.
