About modification of the Procedure for forming and maintaining the Unified register of arbitration managers of Ukraine
According to the subitem of 1 Item 3, I ORDER to Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228,:
1. Bring in the Procedure for forming and maintaining the Unified register of arbitration managers of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of September 19, 2019 No. 2969/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 23, 2019 for No. 1049/34020, the following changes:
1) in Item 9 of the Section I:
state subitem 15 in the following edition:
"15) file number and date of determination of court about providing the claim which stops operation of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on application to the arbitration manager of authority punishment;";
state subitem 18 in the following edition:
"18) file number and date of determination of court about providing the claim which stops operation of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on cancellation of the certificate on the right to implementation of activities of the arbitration manager;";
2) in Item 2 of the Section III:
the eleventh to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"file number and date of the judgment about providing the claim which stops operation of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on application to the arbitration manager of authority punishment;";
the fourteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"file number and date of the judgment about providing the claim which stops operation of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on cancellation of the certificate on the right to implementation of activities of the arbitration manager;".
