Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of use of material values of the state material reserve for rendering the regulating impact on the market in the form of commodity interventions approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 26, 2013 No. 851 "About approval of Rules of use of material values of the state material reserve for rendering the regulating impact on the market in the form of commodity interventions" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 41, Art. 5181; 2017, No. 6, Art. 944).

1. In Item 2:
a) exclude the words "in 30 calendar days in a row";

In the subitem "b" of Item 5 of the word "and the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation concerning oil products and fuel" shall be replaced with words ", the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation concerning oil products and fuel, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation concerning nonfoods and the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation concerning the medicines and materials applied in the medical purposes".
3. In the subitem "an" of Item 6 of the word "no more than 30 days" shall be replaced with words "no more than 10 working days".
