Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors" of December 10, 1999 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1999, No. 12, Art. 312; 2002, No. 4, h 1, Art. 266; 2006, No. 4, Art. 192; 2007, No. 7, Art. 661; 2013, No. 7, fashion. 516; 2019, No. 6, Art. 319) following amendments:
1. Add Article 2 with the paragraph the seventh the following content:
"analogs of drugs - the substances which are not classified as the drugs or psychotropic substances and precursors in the corresponding international conventions and which are not included in the National list which chemical structure and properties are similar to chemical structure and properties of drugs which psychoactive action they reproduce;".
2. Add Article 4 with part six of the following content:
"Turnover of analogs of drugs in the Republic of Tajikistan is forbidden.".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
