About entering of amendments into the Law "About Forced Execution of Court Resolutions"

Article 1. No. ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" (further - the Law) to add article 1 of the Law of May 5, 1998 with the new paragraph of the following content:
"This Law, according to the Law "About Protection of the Economic Competition", establishes also conditions and procedure for execution of the administrative act of the Commission on protection of the competition forcing to making of certain actions or forcing to abstention from certain actions and decisions on seizure so far as they are in essence applicable concerning execution of these acts.".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 2 of the Law with Item 10 of the following content:
"10) the administrative acts of the Commission on protection of the competition forcing to making of certain actions or forcing to abstention from certain actions, and decisions on seizure - according to the procedure, established by the Law "About Protection of the Economic Competition".".
Article 3. To add part 1 of article 4 of the Law after the word "statement" with words ", the statement for sending the decision issued by the Commission on protection of the competition, containing recommendations, on forced execution according to the procedure, provided by the Law "About Protection of the Economic Competition".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective in two months after its official publication.
