Make change to Item 19 of the Procedure for public financing of the capital construction approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 52, of the Art. 2374), having added it with the paragraph of the following content:
"For purchase execution of goods, works and services in construction in the project "Enhancement of molecular and genetic diagnosis of oncological diseases in Ukraine. Reconstruction of laboratory of molecular and genetic diagnostics and experimental oncology in the laboratory case with conference room and parts of rooms in the radiological case of National institute of cancer on Ulitsa Lomonosova, 33/43 in Goloseevsky district of Kiev" the customer can perform advance payment (advance payment) at the rate to 70 percent of cost of such goods, works and services in the agreement (contract) for term no more than six months.".
