No. 1-2, 4) to state in the following edition:
"-the chief of Head department of the public fire service and his deputies, chiefs of departments of the state supervision of fire safety of the specified head department, chiefs of managements of the public fire service and their deputies in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, chiefs of departments of public service of fire safety, chiefs of independent parts, subordinate and separate posts of the militarized public fire service of Head department of the public fire service on protection of the cities and areas, chiefs of subordinate Posts of independent parts of the militarized public fire service on protection of settlements and especially important objects, inspection of the state supervision of fire safety in the cities and areas, chiefs of independent parts and subordinate Posts of the militarized public fire service on objects of the national economy for cases on the administrative offenses provided by articles 287 and 473 of the Code of the Republic of Tajikistan about administrative offenses;".
