About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About government assistance to families with children" concerning assistance in connection with pregnancy and childbirth and effective use of budgetary funds when financing the one-time natural help "packet of the kid"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About government assistance to families with children" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 20, Art. 102 with subsequent changes) the following changes:
1. To state part one of Article 5 in the following edition:
"The help in connection with pregnancy and childbirth (except the help in connection with pregnancy and childbirth to the women specified in part two of article 4 of this Law), benefit in case of the child's birth, adoption pay of the child, child allowance over which guardianship or custody, child allowance to lonely mothers, child allowance, patients with crushing perinatal defeat of nervous system, is established by heavy inborn malformation, rare orphan disease, oncological, oncohematological disease, cerebral palsy, heavy mental disturbance, diabetes of the I type (insulin-dependent) acute or chronic disease of kidneys of the IV degree, on the child who got severe injury, requires transplantation of body, requires palliative care which does not establish disability, is appointed and paid by social security authorities of the population at the place of residence of parents (adoptive parents, the guardian, the custodian)".
2. The fourth Article 12 to state part in the following edition:
"For the organization of budget financing the cost of the one-time natural help "The packet of the kid" constitutes three sizes of the subsistence minimum for children under 6 years established by the law for date of the announcement of holding competitive procedures of purchases and is not set off in the amount of the help provided by part one of this Article".
II. Final provisions
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
