About modification of the Procedure for forming and maintaining the database about technical regulations
According to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity", for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the legislation I ORDER:
1. Bring in the Procedure for forming and maintaining the database about technical regulations approved by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of October 8, 2015 No. 1282, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 27, 2015 for No. 1309/27754, the following changes:
Item 2.2 of the Section II to state 1) in the following edition:
"2.2. The relevant state bodies provide in Ministry of Economics information according to the subitem 1 of Item 2.1 of this Section no later than two working days from the date of official publication of the corresponding regulatory legal act or the conclusions drawn by them concerning need for modification of technical regulations, recognition their invalid, or their leaving without changes.";
The Section III after the paragraph of the thirteenth to add 2) with the new paragraph the fourteenth the following content:
"the list of the bodies for determination of the technical acceptability (intended according to the Law of Ukraine "About provision of construction products in the market");".
With respect thereto the fourteenth - the sixteenth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fifteenth - the seventeenth.
2. To provide to department of technical regulation and innovative policy in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than April 3, 2021.
