I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 29, 2015 No. 60 "About approval of qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for activities for purchase of electrical energy for the purpose of power supply, operation of trunk gas pipelines, oil pipelines, oil pipelines" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10598, it is published on April 8, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following change:
in qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for activities for purchase of electrical energy for the purpose of power supply, operation of trunk gas pipelines, oil pipelines, the oil pipelines approved by the specified order:
in Section 1. "For activities for purchase of electrical energy for the purpose of power supply":
3) to exclude the subitem.
2. To provide to committee on regulation of natural monopoly in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
