1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 22, 2015 No. 33 "About approval of Service regulations of trunk gas pipelines" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10363, it is published on March 17, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes and amendment:

in Service regulations of the trunk gas pipelines approved by the specified order:

to state heading of Chapter 1 in the following edition:

"Chapter 1. General provisions";

add with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. In these rules the following terms and determinations are used:

1) the gas-distributing aggregate - the installation including the gas compressor (supercharger), the drive (gas turbine, electric, piston) and the equipment necessary for their functioning;

2) gas pipeline branch - the gas pipeline intended for supply of gas from distribution and trunk gas pipelines to gas distribution stations of the cities, settlements and certain consumers;

3) pipeline crossing point - the gas pipeline connecting among themselves trunk gas pipelines and intended for providing intersystem overflows;

4) handling capacity of the gas pipeline (section of the pipeline) - the settlement daily amount of gas transferred on the gas pipeline in case of the stationary mode, the maximum capacity utilization of gas-distributing aggregates and the set calculated parameters: boundary conditions at the beginning and at the end of the gas pipeline, working pressure on the route, hydraulic efficiency, temperature of air and soil, gas chilling temperature;

5) the minimum distances - distances from objects of trunk gas pipelines to settlements, separate residential, economic, production constructions and objects of the third parties;
