Bring in the Federal Law of August 3, 2018 No. 289-FZ "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 32, the Art. 5082) the following changes:
To add 1) with Article 102.1 of the following content:
"Article 102.1. Types of goods to which incomplete customs declaring and periodic customs declaring are not applied
Types of goods to which the incomplete customs declaring and periodic customs declaring provided by the Code of the Union are not applied are determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.";
2) in Article 160:
a) to add Item 1 of part 6 with words ", and also the goods used by the owner of free warehouse for creation, putting into operation and operation of the specified equipment, component parts and spare parts to it (further in this Article - goods for the equipment). The list of names of such goods for the equipment (with indication of codes of such goods according to the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity) and the register of owners of free warehouses who have the right to act as customs applicants of the goods for the equipment included in the specified list are determined by the Government of the Russian Federation";
b) add part 8 with Item 6 of the following content:
"6) about number and date of the act of the Government of the Russian Federation - concerning goods for the equipment.".
This Federal Law becomes effective after thirty days after day of its official publication.
