The persons who had training at the employer and received at it confirmation of availability for service, and in the cases provided by the Federal Laws, also undergone certification for safety issues in the field of power industry, certification in the field of industrial safety are allowed to labor activity in the field of heat supply.
In cases, stipulated by the legislation in the field of industrial safety, the legislation on safety of hydraulic engineering constructions, to labor activity in the field of industrial safety, area of safety of hydraulic engineering constructions allows persons which underwent certification in the respective areas.
