About introduction of amendments to the Order of the State Tax Administration No. 427 of August 21, 2018 "About determination of procedure, structure and conditions of submission of information by the subjects specified in Article 92 and article 226-11 of the Tax Code"
According to Art. 92 and Art. 226-11 of the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes and amendments is reissued in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, according to Art. 133 of h (1) c) of the Tax code I ORDER to the item:
1. In the Order of the State Tax Administration No. 427 of August 21, 2018. "About determination of procedure, structure and conditions of submission of information by the subjects specified in Article 92 and article 226-11 of the Tax Code" to make the following changes:
a) 3 parts 12, appendices No. 6 to state Item in the following edition:
"in stake. 12 "The cost of the transaction" is specified the cost of the transaction in national currency. In cases of the conclusion of transactions in foreign currency the cost of the transaction in foreign currency with indication of currency code is specified".
b) to add Item 1 of appendix No. 10 with the words "Information Will Be Provided on the Expenses Connected with Acquisition of Vehicles including Leasing Percent, Commission Charges, Insurance Payments and Other Expenses Made by Physical Persons — Citizens of the Republic of Moldova, the Actual Payers, according to the Agreement on Cession of Property irrespective of, Appear or not These Persons as the Nominal Buyer".
c) to state line 1 of column 1 of Item 3 of part 9 of appendix No. 11 in the following edition:
"Opening balance and final balance".
2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
