I DECIDE:

Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2003 No. 1042 "About Commission on Human Rights in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 11, the Art. 125) the following changes:

enter into the structure of Commission on Human Rights in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:

Shapkenov Serik Zhambulovich	- Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
Mussina Kanata of Sergeyevich	- the chairman of Committee on the legislation and judicial and legal reform of the Majilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the commission chairman (under approval),
Mengbai Darkhan of Kamzabekula	- the deputy of the Majilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan (under approval),
Kazkenov Ruslan Kazbekovich	- the chairman of public association of "Civic Peace" (under approval);
