in Rules of scheduling of rotation and the list of the military personnel who are not included in the plan of rotation, approved by the specified order:
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. The personnel body of military unit or the responsible person to who the order by part assigns conducting personnel work (in military units where the state does not provide position of the chief of personnel body) following the results of year constitute the plan of rotation of the military personnel for form, according to appendix 1 to these rules (further - the Plan of rotation).
The plan of rotation is constituted on the military personnel concerning whom there came the conditions determined by Item 83 of Rules of passing of military service in the Armed Forces, other troops and military forming of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 25, 2006 No. 124 (further - Rules of passing).
Along with the Plan of rotation the list of the military personnel who is not included in the Plan of rotation for form according to appendix 2 to these rules is constituted (further - the List).
