I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 1, 2015 No. 299 "About approval of Rules of conducting complex non-departmental examination of the feasibility statements and the design estimates intended for construction new, and also changes (reconstruction, expansions, modernization, upgrade and capital repairs) the existing buildings and constructions, their complexes, engineering and transport communications irrespective of financing sources (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 10722, it is published in information system of law of Ad_let on April 21, 2015) the following changes and amendment:
in Rules of conducting complex non-departmental examination of the feasibility statements and the design estimates intended for construction new, and also changes (reconstruction, expansions, modernization, upgrade and capital repairs) the existing buildings and constructions, their complexes, engineering and transport communications irrespective of the sources of financing approved by the specified order:
add with Item 20-1 of the following content:
"20-1. On projects of welfare, public and administrative assignment in all spheres of economy on which development of the feasibility statement is not required and financed by the state investments, for conducting complex non-departmental examination the customer needs to provide the settlement ceiling price of construction to the investment offer.
In case of not provision by customers of settlement ceiling price of construction, the design estimates return without consideration.
