About entering of amendments into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. To add the code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) with Article 150.15 of the following content:
"Article 150.15. Violation of requirements to installation of the gas-balloon equipment on vehicles for work on the compressed natural gas or the liquefied petrogas, regular certification and gas station of gas cylinders
1. Violation of mandatory requirements or conditions of license for activities on installation of the gas-balloon equipment on vehicles for work on the compressed natural gas or the liquefied petrogas (further - the gas-balloon equipment) or regular certification of gas cylinders if it did not entail the responsibility established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About licensing":
attracts infliction of penalty for officials or individual entrepreneurs in the amount of hundredfold to the two hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
2. Submission of documents on the sample established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia or data entry about vehicles and gas cylinders in the electronic database with violation of requirements to procedure for installation and regular certification of the gas-balloon equipment:
attracts infliction of penalty for the official of the organization or the individual entrepreneur whose competence includes installation and certification of the gas-balloon equipment, in the amount of three hundredfold to the five hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
3. Gas station of gas cylinders without identification with data of electronic base, in case of non receipt of the positive conclusion after identification:
attracts infliction of penalty for the official of the gas-filling station in two hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.
