About modification and amendments in the Law "About Public Service"

Article 1. In article 1 of the Law of March 23, 2018 "About public service" (further - the Law) words "property, the income and interests" shall be replaced with words No. ZR-206 "property, the income, interests and expenses".
Article 2. To state heading of Chapter 6 of the Law in the following edition:

Article 3. In article 34 of the Law:

"Obligation on declaring of property, income, interests and expenses";
2) part 1 after words of "their deputies" to add with words "secretaries of the office of municipality, members of the Councils of Elders of communities with the population 15 000 and more,", after words "persons holding positions of their deputies" - words "the secretary of the office of the city hall of Yerevan, members of council of elders of community Yerevan,", after words "Tax, Customs Services the highest" - the words "and main", and after words "persons holding the main positions of the services providing forced execution of court resolutions" - words "persons holding the highest positions of public service in the office of National assembly and service of bailiffs";
3) part 2 after words of "their deputies" to add with words "secretaries of the office of municipality, members of the Councils of Elders of communities with the population 15 000 and more,", after words "persons holding positions of their deputies" - the words "secretary of the office of the city hall of Yerevan, members of council of elders of community Yerevan", and shall be replaced with words words of "property, the income and interests" "property, the income, interests and expenses";
