About introduction change and amendment in the Law "About Labor Unions"

Article 1. In article 9.1 of the Law of December 5, 2000 No. ZR-135 "About labor unions" (further - the Law):
1) regarding 3 words "30 … after entering into the register of accounting of record about acceptance" shall be replaced with words "10 workers … after obtaining";
To add 2) with new part of the following content:
"The body of state registration within 10 working days after receipt of the document on registration of change of labor union and required documents shall consider the application and register change of labor union or reject registration of change of labor union with the corresponding reasons. State registration of change of labor union can be rejected in the procedure and case established by the law.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
