To exclude 1) in heading of article 27 of table of contents of the word "and to court of the city of Nour-Sultan";
2) in Article 27:
in heading of the word "and to court of the city of Nour-Sultan" to exclude;
third parts one to exclude the paragraph;
add with parts 1-1 and 1-2 of the following content:
"1-1. Specialized interdistrict economic courts also consider cases on restructuring of the financial organizations and the organizations entering into banking conglomerate as the parent organization and not being the financial organizations, in cases, provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, case on debt restructuring, rehabilitation and bankruptcy of individual entrepreneurs and legal entities and also their liquidations without initiation of bankruptcy proceedings.
