About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 25, 2016 No. 240 "About approval of the Consular charter of the Republic of Kazakhstan"
I DECIDE:
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 25, 2016 No. 240 "About approval of the Consular charter of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2016, Art. No. 23-24, 128) the following changes and amendment:
state preamble in the following edition:
"According to subitem part two 5) of article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 7, 2002 "About diplomatic service of the Republic of Kazakhstan" I DECIDE:";
add Item 37 with subitem 16-1) of the following content:
"16-1) issue of other documents (references) having legal value;";
state Item 38 in the following edition:
"38. For making of consular actions the consular fees according to the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan are levied.";
3) of Item 48 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"3) informs the ethnic Kazakhs who showed willingness voluntarily to move to the Republic of Kazakhstan, about entrance conditions, including to the regions determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan within regional quotas of acceptance of kandas, conditions of acceptance and measures of social support;";
state Item 85 in the following edition:
"85. Implementation of actions on protection of the rights and interests of the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who got into difficulties including owing to force majeur circumstances, and also taking measures concerning the died citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the state of stay are performed according to the procedure, approved as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in coordination with the central authorized body on budgetary planning.".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
