1. in Regulations on Committee of the state inspection in the agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:

in Item 26:
3) to state the subitem in the following edition:

4) to exclude the subitem;
7) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"Encourages 7) and imposes authority punishments on employees of Committee, heads of territorial subdivisions and their deputies, and on heads of the subordinated organizations and their deputies, except the vice-chairman of Committee;";
10) to state the subitem in the following edition:
