1.1. Item 4.30 after the word of "plants" to add with words "(with annual capacity of conversion on crude oil at least 3 million tons)";
1.2. add with Item 4.31 of the following content:
"4.31. Import of vaccines against coronavirus of new type (COVID-19) and syringes provided for these vaccines based on the supporting document of the Ministry of Health of the Azerbaijan Republic - for 2 years since January 1, 2021.".
2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About modification of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About rates of customs duties on export-import transactions in the Azerbaijan Republic" of April 22, 1998 No. 91" of April 30, 2018 No. 181 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2018, No. 4, Article 826) regarding 2 words "2021" shall be replaced with words "2022".
