For the purpose of the operational solution of objectives in realization of efforts of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of fight against drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About creation of Service on fight against drug trafficking of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 18, 2018 No. 587 the following changes:
in the Regulations on Service on fight against drug trafficking of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in item 4 of the word"," to exclude the settlement account in system of Treasury of authorized state body in the field of finance;
- the paragraph one of Item 19 to state in the following edition:
"19. The service is financed separately from the republican budget, has budget, special and currency accounts according to the budget legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
