In the Constitutional Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About bases of economic independence of the Azerbaijan Republic" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1991, No. 9-10, Article 150) in the first offer of part three of Article 19 the word of "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "persons with disability" and in the second offer the word of "disabled person" shall be replaced with words "faces with disability".
