About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

In pursuance of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 10, 2020 "About change of the laws" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 65-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2011 No. 325 "About some measures for implementation of article 42 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 19, 2010 No. 170-Z "About the state secrets":
to exclude the word of "some" from the name;
to state subitem 1.2 of Item 1 in the following edition:
"1.2. allowances:
to workers in the following sizes from the tariff charge (tariff salary), salary for their access to the state secrets:
having privacy degree of "special importance", - 8 percent;
having privacy degree "top secret", - 5 percent;
having degree of privacy is "confidential", - 3 percent;
to employees of divisions on protection of the state secrets in the state bodies and other organizations performing activities with use of the state secrets for work in the specified divisions in the amount of 15 percent of the tariff charge (tariff salary), salary, official pay rate.
In case of establishment to workers of increases in the tariff charges (tariff salaries) according to the legislation, local legal acts of the allowance, provided in part one of this subitem, are established from the amount of the tariff charge (tariff salary) and her (his) increases.";
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Approve Regulations on provision of compensation payments to citizens and allowances to workers in the field of the state secrets it (is applied).";
