About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National commission on securities and the stock market (concerning use of seals)
According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine of March 23, 2017 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning use of seals by legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED No. 1982-VIII:
1. In appendix 2 to the Regulations on certification of specialists in questions of the stock market approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of August 13, 2013 No. 1464, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 11, 2013 for No. 1572/24104 (with changes) to exclude the words "L. S. (in the Presence)".
2. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for training and certification of specialists in questions of the stock market approved by the order of State commission on securities and the stock market of September 24, 1996 No. 215, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 08, 1996 for No. 584/1609 (with changes), the following changes:
1) in Section 1:
in paragraph one of Item 1.10 of the word "and seal" to exclude;
in paragraph seven of Item 1.11 of the word "and seal" to exclude;
in the paragraph the second Item 1.12 of the word "and seal" to exclude;
2) in Section 2:
in the paragraph the second Item 2.8 of the word "and seal" to exclude;
in paragraph seven of Item 2.9 of the word", and" to exclude seal of this organization;
in the first offer of Item 2.10 of the word", also claims with putting down of seal" to replace with the word "and";
in the paragraph the second Item 2.13 of the word "and seal" to exclude;
3) in Section 5:
