About introduction of amendments to the Economic code of Ukraine concerning elimination of legal collisions in requirements to charters of societies with the limited and accessorial liability

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Economic code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, Art. No. No. 18-22, 144) the following changes:

1) in Article 80:

in word part four of "the sizes determined by constituent documents" to exclude;

Part the fourth Article 82 to state 2) in the following edition:
