Article 1. In article 124.7 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985:

Heading and part 1 after the word "failure to pay" to add 2) with the words "or the parking without accounting registration plate or, at least, with one closed symbol of accounting registration plate".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
